verified for entrance

Hello!

Don’t worry, you didn’t put the wrong site into your search bar and you weren’t sent a malicious link, you’re still on your way to TitariumLabs.

What you’re about to enter is a horror ARG. I know many will find it in poor taste to outright state this, however I’ve done this because of the material held within the site’s depths.

You may go through and think “how can anyone think this is real?!”, but I can assure you that people do indeed believe this to be real. If people believed that the world is flat and that the ‘Blair Witch Project’ is a work of fact, people can believe this to be as real as the ground beneath your feet.

TitariumLabs contains a theme of healthcare, medicine, and the general umbrella of the medical field. Of course, with liberties taken for the sake of narrative.

In the very early stages/version of TitariumLabs I, the “developer”, received threats from anti-vaxers and other medical-conspirators. They claimed my work to be mocking them and “defeating their cause”.

I’d like to briefly take a moment here to respond to them and any future attempts others may take to make me feel bad.:

“I, the vaccines that protect me, and the world of medical discoveries beneficial to human health, can collectively declare that you can suck an egg.

TitariumLabs is a horror ARG, a work of fiction.

And like TitariumLabs, the mere idea that I care about you is also a work of fiction.”

So, now that all the people that suck are gone, come share a drink with me and I’ll tell you how to play.

How to play:

  • The site at face value is exactly how TitariumLabs wants it, everything they want you to see is visible. To go farther, it may take looking within nooks and crannies, you can do this by highlighting areas of the page to see what shouldn’t be seen.

    • Tech/ARG savvy people will know of the [CTRL+A] command to select everything on the page at once. I personally recommend keeping this as a last resort, however I say this as somebody who likes to feel like they’re literally digging for secrets and enjoys more manual-aspects of horror.

  • There’s nothing you need hidden in the code of the site, don’t worry about combing through for something new that doesn’t exist.

  • No pages on the site are unreachable, this means you don’t need to go messing with the URL to reach something new. Every page has a route/path.

    • Sometimes the built-in “back” button on your browser isn’t the way to go. Sometimes, just sometimes, it’ll be in your best interest to trust the site instead when you wish to backtrack.

  • All passwords and answers are achievable through the information on the site, nothing is abstract and nothing is impossible. Everything relates.

    • It can be very useful to look at the URL, some answers aren’t spelled out for you.

  • The social media accounts linked on the site aren’t important to the story, they’re merely fun little details. (although they’re really not much to look at.)

  • All methods of contact on the site work (emails, social media, etc) and are the only legitimate ways of contacting those involved in the story. However, don’t expect an answer, you’ll learn quickly that they’re very busy people.

The site is built for computer/pc viewing, and as a result, it’s not wise to attempt to traverse the site on mobile viewing. To be fair for all users, computer/pc users may need to adjust their zoom and window size. Everything on the site will work, no matter how you view it, but you may end up with a watered down experience. The home screen has been built to help you know when you’re at the right settings. Sorry if this is complicated, I truly did my best to make do with what I had.

Got it, let me in!

There are no more “dev notes” on the site, once you click the button above and get started, everything and everyone are in their places and the story will roll as intended with what alleyways you explore.

This button declares showtime, this page is the only real backstage you have and you can always return here. But you cannot go back to where you were.

I truly hope you get a good ending, not just for your sake.
